Jim Costello of Thousand Islands Waterfowl Specialists, LLC and Charlie Wood of Charles A. Wood Guide Service, LLC have been waterfowling together all of their lives.  Now in their early 40's, they have been accompanying their fathers and each other afield since childhood.  They have extensive knowledge of the game being pursued due to a lifetime spent in the marshes, hunting, trapping and fishing the region.  They are devout sportsman and avid conservationists. 

We have always felt strongly about preserving the Lake, the River and its wildlife. We feel that the sportsman's first responsibility is to the resource and its proper management. 

Should your booking be with one of us, or with one of our associate guides, it is our responsibility to see that your needs and expectations are met. Your satisfaction is paramount to us.

Rates Per Day

Party of One or Two Shooters .....................  $595.00
Party of Three  Shooters..............................   $695.00
Party of Four Shooters.................................  $795.00

* A $100  per person ( per day) deposit is required. Your hunt is not considered booked until deposit is received. Balance is due upon arrival. Deposit will be forfeited on any hunts cancelled within 21 days of scheduled hunt dates.

* Afternoon stocked pheasant hunts and Bass or Muskie-fishing trips can be arranged.

Turkeys ............................  $395.00 
Two or more days ............  $350.00 per day

Dates

The projected dates for N.Y.S. Northeastern Zone season are as follows:

Turkeys

Spring ---- May 1st. to May 31st, 2008 (bearded birds only)
       Fall ---- October 1st. to October 17th, 2008 (either sex) 

Ducks

October 4th to October 12th, 2008
October 25th to December 14th, 2008

Canada Geese

September 1st to September 25th, 2008
October 25th to December 12th, 2008

 

Bird processing

All birds killed afield are responsibility of the client.
Birds may be taken home by the client, or cleaned and packaged by our bird processing facility.

Processing rates are as follows:

Ducks - $2.00
Geese - $3.00

Processing includes birds filleted, washed and packaged.
