Fall 2004

September 1st. Kind of slow for an opener. Only 46 today.

September 4th. Sunshine and no wind. Not great weather for goose shooting, but things worked out OK.

September 25th. The results of 5 or 6 nice bunches with their feet hanging down in front of us.

September 25th. Impacted wisdom teeth and Canada Geese fear him.

October 2nd. The boys from Moeller Marine made it back again this year. I wonder why?

October 9th. Rick & Doug with a nice bag of Mallards in the big swamp.

October 29th. Honkers in the fields with the M&T Bank gang.

October 30th. Charlie Coakley's group had a wild shoot on Mallards and Blacks in the flooded timber.

November 7th. Greg Guy's group was able to cope with the boredom of this day by franticly scrambling for more shells in between flights.

Charlie Randolf's group from Pennsylvania, were first timers with us in 2004. They hunted divers on November 10th and puddle ducks on November 11th. The bag included Bluebills, Ringnecks, Goldeneyes, Buffleheads, Hoodies, Mallards, Blacks and Greenwing Teal. they are coming back for three days in November 2005.

November 20th. A typical setup for Mallards & Blacks on the river.

Bill Jenkins and assistant, enjoying a day on the St. Lawrence.

November 25th. Jerry & Tyler with Mallards, Blacks & geese. Tyler bagged his first banded goose.

December 2nd. B.J. with a big buck Goldeneye. They don't come much nicer than this one.

December 5th. I'm thinking that the Goldeneyes are "in."
